Brazilian Born Gladys Cavalcante, Latin Dance Performer and Dance Teacher , began her training in Rio de Janeiro in 1993 at the Centre of Dance Jaime Arouxa. In this well known centre of dance she specialized in Brazilian dance styles such as Samba de Gafieira, LambaZouk, Bolero, Salsa, Merengue, Tango and Forro. Her experience is vast and Gladys has performed in the UK and abroad with all of the main dance groups in England. Gladys’ dance techniques focus on balance, confidence, gracefulness, femininity, sensuality and spontaneous performance. Gladys is also a qualified Aerobics Instructor.
